Daily self care: one of my daily self care habits which is not negotiable for me is getting out in nature and taking in the air, the light, the gentle sounds and the company of my dog. I generally walk 4-5 miles a day in three goes & it honestly is my daily tonic! I walk sun, wind and rain, it’s so good for my body, mind and soul. What regular self care habits have you adopted which have the biggest impact?
